| On January 18, 2001, about 1500 central standard time, a Cessna 150G, N6281S, piloted by a private pilot, sustained substantial damage when |
| the airplane nosed over during a forced landing to a field, following an in-flight loss of engine power near La Rose, Illinois. The personal flight |
| was operating under 14 CFR Part 91. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the accident. No flight plan was on file. The pilot |
| reported no injuries. The local flight departed from Marshall County Airport, near Lacon, Illinois, at time unknown. |
