The Wichita ACO has considered these recommendations and consulting with the Type Certificate holder, Cessna Aircraft Company, on these items. We have requested Cessna respond to us within 30 days and to provide this office with copies of any pertinent correspondence and data showing compliance to the following Civil Air Regulations Part 3 Sections 3.411 Components; 3.442 Fuel Tank Installations; 3.444 Fuel Tank Sump; and 3.553 Fuel System Drains as amended by 3-1 through 3-12. |
