The annual inspection of aircraft N52749 Cessna 172P Serial number 17274599 will be due by the end of August 1999. I understand in talking with Craig Roberts at the Nashville Tennessee Flight Standards Office that the problem with the wing tank fuel system still exists. I will not be able to perform an annual inspection on your aircraft until this problem is corrected. I hope you will understand my position in this matter.
