This office has compiled the data and visual recordings taken during the tests you performed on 05/19/99 and 07/06/99 by introducing water into the integral wing tanks of your Cessna CE-172-P, registration N52749. This information was forwarded to Jeff Gorney at AAI-200 in Washington, D.C. and Jeff Janusz at ACE-116W in Wichita, KS and is currently under review. Both parties have expressed a concerned interest in this matter. I will continue to keep you informed as this investigation continues.
